If you use UPI, Debit card or Netbanking or Wallet payment (like Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Mobiqwik etc) to transfer money, the loan amount will be settled immediately. Please call customer support in case of problem with above payment methods.
If you have done a NEFT/IMPS/RTGS transfer, we need to verify the payment ID and settle it. This process usually takes a few hours and after that, we update the payment status on the app.
If there is any other failure, your amount will be refunded.
